
About the Clinic
Established on July 23, 2018, the St. Clair Community Health Clinic (SCCHC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing charitable primary healthcare to low-income, uninsured residents of St. Clair County, between the ages 19 and 64.
SCCHC is proudly supported by grants, donations, and—most importantly—the time and talent of community volunteers. Qualified patients receive care for no more than a $20 copay, ensuring affordable access to essential health services.

Elevating the quality of life through a primary healthcare clinic that serves the uninsured, indigent residents of St Clair County through innovative and compassionate care. Health and wellness are promoted through care of body, mind, and spirit to achieve the wholeness that God created us to live in while providing high quality primary and specialty care medical services to a diverse population.
