We serve uninsured, low-income adults ages 19–64 who live in St. Clair County. Patients must meet eligibility requirements, which are reviewed during the intake process.

No. Our clinic exists to serve patients without health insurance. We do not require insurance to receive care.

Eligible patients receive care for a low fee (typically no more than $30). 

We offer a range of primary healthcare services, including:

  • Primary care visits

  • Chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, etc.)

  • Physical Therapy
  • Mental health services and counseling

  • Health education

  • Wound care

  • Referrals to specialty care when available

No. We are not an emergency room. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Appointments can be requested by phone. New patients must complete an intake process before scheduling.

Walk-ins may be limited. We strongly recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure provider availability.

Please bring:

  • A valid photo ID

  • Proof of income (if available)

  • Proof of St. Clair County residency

  • A list of current medications

  • Any relevant medical records

The intake process may take longer than a standard visit, as we review eligibility and medical history. Please allow extra time for your first appointment.
We may assist with prescriptions and medication assistance programs when available. Availability depends on funding and program eligibility.
Yes. When medically necessary, we work with community partners and specialists to provide referrals at reduced or no cost when possible.
Basic lab services may be available. Additional lab work may be referred to partner organizations.
Yes. All medical providers are licensed professionals, and many generously volunteer their time and expertise.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment to another patient.
